Remove the Linkhiver Badge From Your Page

Every free Linkhiver page ends with a small pill: Join on Linkhiver. It sits under your last link, on your bio page and on your business card and QR landing pages too.

Most people never see it. You build your page inside the dashboard, and the dashboard was showing you everything except that one line — so the mark on the bottom of your own page was the part only your visitors met. That changed this week.

Where to see it

Open Links in your dashboard and scroll to the bottom. The badge is there now, rendered exactly as a visitor sees it, with the switch that governs it beside the title.

If you are on Pro, there is nothing to see: your page carries no mark, so the card does not appear at all.

What removes it

Pro, and only Pro. Turning it on removes the badge from all three public surfaces in one go:

• your bio page at linkhiver.com/yourname
• your digital business card at /card/…
• your QR landing page at /qr/…

Nothing else about your page changes. Your links, your theme, your numbers and your address stay exactly as they are — the mark simply stops being rendered, usually within a few minutes of the upgrade.

Why it is there at all

Because the free plan is not a trial.

Linkhiver's free tier has no time limit, asks for no card, and includes things this category normally charges for: 30 days of click history, QR codes, short links, a digital business card. That has to be paid for somehow, and the two honest options are to make the free plan worse or to let free pages carry a small mark that occasionally brings someone new in.

We chose the mark. It is one line, at the very bottom, below everything you put there — and it is the reason the plan above it can stay genuinely free rather than free-for-14-days.

Frequently asked questions

Does the badge slow my page down or affect my links?

No. It is a static pill rendered with the rest of the page — no extra script, no tracking of your visitors on our side beyond the click counts you already see in Analytics.

What happens if my Pro subscription ends?

The badge comes back. Branding removal is part of what the subscription buys, so it follows the subscription. Nothing else you made is affected: your links, your design, your QR codes and your numbers are yours and stay put.

Can I hide it some other way?

No, and please do not try with custom code — a page that hides the mark while on the free plan is the one thing that turns a free account into a support problem. If the badge is the thing standing between you and sharing your page, Pro is one tap away from the card at the bottom of your Links page.

I have a custom domain. Is it still there?

On the free plan, yes — a custom domain is itself a Pro feature, so in practice any page on your own domain is already a Pro page and already brandless.
