Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: July 30, 2026
Overview
Paid Linkhiver plans are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd). Paddle appears as the seller at checkout and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, and refunds. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
Canceling your subscription
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (Settings → Billing in the app). Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for and you won't be charged again; partial, already-started periods are not refunded by default.
Requesting a refund
If something went wrong — for example a duplicate charge, a renewal you didn't intend, or the product isn't working for you — write to support@linkhiver.com from the email address on your account (including the invoice number helps), or contact Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net. Requests are reviewed case by case together with Paddle, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
Your statutory rights
Where consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund — for example the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU and UK — that right is honored. Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under applicable law.
