1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Linkhiver, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Linkhiver for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on Linkhiver
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Spam or harass other users
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to Linkhiver. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds

Paid plans are sold and billed by our merchant of record, Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which appears as the seller at checkout and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, and invoicing. Purchases are also subject to Paddle's buyer terms.

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled.
• You can cancel anytime from the customer portal (Settings → Billing in the app); your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, and partial periods are not refunded by default.
• Refund requests are handled together with Paddle: contact support@linkhiver.com or Paddle's buyer support at paddle.net, and we'll review your case.
• Where consumer law grants you a statutory right of withdrawal or refund (for example in the EU/UK), that right is honored.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Linkhiver are provided on an 'as is' basis. Linkhiver makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Linkhiver or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page.
