Email Your Subscribers From Your Link In Bio — 25 A Month, Free
Collecting emails on your page was free; sending to them was not. Now every plan can send 25 announcements a month from the new Subscribers tab, and Pro raises that to 2,000.
Email Your Subscribers From Your Link In Bio — 25 A Month, Free
Your page could always collect email addresses. Until this week, writing to them was a Pro feature, and the button to do it was hidden inside the signup block's settings. Both of those are gone.
What changed
Every Linkhiver plan can now send 25 announcements a month to the people who subscribed on your page. Pro raises that to 2,000. There is nothing to switch on: if your page has an Email signup block and somebody has used it, the Send announcement button is already waiting for you.
Only the volume differs between plans. The message, the list and the unsubscribe handling are the same for everyone.
Where it lives
Open Marketing in your dashboard. It now opens on a Subscribers tab that shows three things on one page:
- Your list — everyone who subscribed, newest first, with the date they joined. Someone who left stays visible, greyed out, so a shrinking number is never a mystery.
- Your allowance — "23 of 25 sends left this month", right under the heading. It resets on the 1st.
- Sent announcements — what went out, when, and how many people it reached.
The composer opens from that page. Subject, message, and an optional button with a link. Preview it, send yourself a test, then send it to everyone.
What a subscriber receives
A plain-text email under your name — "Your Name via Linkhiver" — with your subject line, your paragraphs and your button. When someone replies, the reply comes to your email address, not to us.
Every message carries an unsubscribe link, and it cannot be removed. Someone who leaves is dropped before the next send, even if they leave while a send is still going out. That protects your address as much as theirs.
How to get subscribers in the first place
If your list is empty, the tab offers to add the Email signup block to your page. Two things make that block work:
- Say what they get. "Get the weekly menu every Friday" collects addresses; "Subscribe" collects far fewer. The block has a description and a button label for exactly this.
- Send something within the month. A list that never hears from you forgets it subscribed. Twenty-five sends is enough for a monthly note to a small list, which is where every list starts.
Frequently asked questions
Is sending really free?
Yes. Twenty-five emails a month on the free plan, forever. It is a monthly allowance, not a trial: it resets on the 1st, every month.
What does Pro add?
Volume — 2,000 sends a month — plus the CSV export of your list and a daily digest of new subscribers. The message itself, the composer and the unsubscribe handling are identical on both plans.
Can I send from a new account right away?
You need to verify your email address first; the composer says so if you have not. It is the same six-digit code the dashboard banner asks for, and it takes a minute.

A Request Form That Opens WhatsApp
Someone taps your WhatsApp link and never writes. Until now that person left no trace at all. The request block asks for a name and a number first, so the ones who go quiet are still people you can call back.

There is a new Referrals page in your dashboard with a link that is yours alone. Anyone who joins Linkhiver through it is credited to you, and when they subscribe to Pro you earn a fifth of everything they pay, for as long as they stay.

Short links have always counted clicks. Now they name the source too — Instagram, WhatsApp, Google or direct — free on every link. And bots no longer count, so some numbers got smaller.
