How it works

Connect your Instagram account in the Marketing section of your Linkhiver dashboard, then build an auto-reply in four steps: pick what triggers it, decide which comments it answers, write the DM, and choose where its button leads. The trigger can be one specific post or reel, or the next one you publish. The comment filter is what makes a call to action work: "Comment LINK and I'll send it to you" becomes an auto-reply that only answers comments containing LINK. You can also list words that make it skip a comment.

The DM, the button and the public reply

The DM carries your message and one button with a label you write. The button can open anything on your Linkhiver page or any other web address. When it points at your Linkhiver page, the visits and clicks it brings show up in your analytics. You can also reply publicly under each comment. Write up to four replies and Linkhiver rotates them, so the thread under your post does not fill up with the same sentence.

What your Instagram account needs

Auto-replies run on Instagram's official API, so the account has to meet Instagram's own conditions: it must be a professional account (Business or Creator), it must be public, and message access must be allowed in the Instagram app under Settings → Messages and story replies → Message controls. You can disconnect the account at any time from the same screen.
