Your page carries no advertising, and that is not a paid upgrade. Some free link-in-bio plans are funded by putting someone else's promotion on your page; this one is not. The only Linkhiver mark on a free page is a small badge, and removing that is what Pro sells.

What is recorded when someone opens your page

A visit to your public page is recorded so that the click counts in your dashboard exist at all. That is the same data described on this feature's sibling page, seen from the visitor's side rather than yours. What that record contains, how long it is kept and who processes it is set out in the privacy policy rather than summarised here, because a summary of a legal document is the thing that goes out of date first.

Your own pixel, and who then receives data

You can connect your own advertising or analytics pixel - Meta, TikTok or Google - to your page. It is off unless you turn it on. When you do, that provider receives data about people who open your page, and the disclosure obligation for that is yours rather than ours. The privacy policy names this explicitly instead of leaving it implied.
