Sell From Your Link in Bio — A Shop on Every Linkhiver Plan

If you have ever pasted a payment link into your bio and hoped people would tap it, you already know the problem: one link, no price, no picture, and no way to show a second thing you sell.

What changed

Until this week the Shop needed Pro, and almost nobody had it. As of today every Linkhiver account can open My Bio → Shop and start adding products. Free accounts get five products; Pro raises that to fifty.

Nothing needs switching on. If you sell something, the page is already there.

What a product is

A product is a name, a price, a picture, a category and a description — plus the link a buyer should land on. Prices are set in ₺, R$ or $, and whichever you choose is what every visitor sees. There is no currency conversion and no exchange rate doing something behind your back: a ₺ product reads as ₺ in São Paulo.

Products marked off sale stay on your page with the price struck through and the Buy button switched off. That is deliberate — a sold-out thing people keep asking for is worth showing.

How you get paid

This is the part to be plain about: Linkhiver does not process the payment.

The Buy button goes to a checkout link you paste yourself — Gumroad, iyzico, Shopier, Mercado Pago, Hotmart, your own store, a bank transfer page, anything with a URL. The buyer leaves your Linkhiver page and pays wherever you already take money.

Two things follow from that, and they cut in opposite directions:

• You keep the whole sale. Linkhiver takes no percentage, because the money never passes through us. Storefront builders that bundle a checkout typically keep a cut of every order; we have nothing to keep.
• You do need a checkout somewhere. If you have never taken an online payment, the Shop will not create one for you — it will show the product beautifully and send the buyer to a link you have to own.

What a visitor sees

A Shop tab appears next to Links on your public page, with a count on it. Inside, products are grouped by the categories you named, with filter pills across the top, so someone looking for one thing is not scrolling past nine others.

Your page's own theme paints all of it: your button shape, your colours, your fonts. The shop does not look like a widget bolted onto your page, because it is not one.

What you can see

The Shop page counts three things for you: checkout clicks, how often the Shop tab was opened, and which product is clicked most. Every product row carries its own click count.

That is deliberately a smaller number than a real storefront reports. We can count the tap; we cannot see what happened after the buyer left for your checkout, and we would rather say so than show you a "conversion rate" we invented.

What Pro adds

Pro is volume plus merchandising, not a different shop:

• Fifty products instead of five.
• Feature a product so it appears at the top of your Links tab as well as inside the Shop — the one thing you most want sold, in front of everyone who opens your page.
• Schedule a product to appear and disappear on dates you choose, for a launch, a season or a pre-order window.

Is the Shop really free?

Yes, on every plan, with five products. There is no trial and no card. Pro raises the limit to fifty and adds featuring and scheduling.

Does Linkhiver take a commission on sales?

No. The Buy button sends the buyer to your own checkout link, so payments never pass through Linkhiver and there is nothing for us to take a cut of.

Do I need a payment provider already?

Yes. The Shop displays the product and sends the buyer to a checkout URL you supply. If you do not have one yet, any provider that gives you a payment link will do — and you can change it later without rebuilding the product.

Which currencies can I use?

Turkish lira, Brazilian real and US dollars. The currency you pick is what every visitor sees, wherever they are — Linkhiver never converts a price.

What happens when something sells out?

Mark it off sale. The card stays on your page with the price struck through and the Buy button disabled, so people can still see you make the thing.
