The Brazilian price is not an automatic conversion from the dollar figure — it is a price set for Brazil. It is also the final amount, with no tax added afterwards. What the pricing page prints is what leaves the account.
The yearly plan is R$ 75 cheaper than twelve separate monthly charges: R$ 129 against R$ 204.

Because this is a subscription rather than a one-off purchase, the authorization covers the charges that follow: it is approved once and the cycle continues on its own, with nothing to redo each month.
